These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of thestash.world and any purchases made from The Stash. By visiting the website, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or purchase its products.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this website and make purchases.

Products intended for children must be purchased or accessed by an adult. Parents, guardians, educators, and other responsible adults are responsible for supervising how children use those products.

Products and Availability

The Stash sells physical apparel, digital books, wallpapers, creative downloads, and other collectible products or “artifacts.”

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, prices, colors, and availability accurately. Colors and details may appear differently depending on your device, display settings, and normal production variations.

Products, collections, prices, availability, bonuses, rewards, and release dates may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted once payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation is issued.

We may cancel or refuse an order because of suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, inventory issues, shipping restrictions, policy violations, or other legitimate operational reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and delivery information.

Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or during checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs fees, and other costs will be disclosed when available.

Payment is processed through Shopify and its supported third-party payment providers. The Stash does not directly store complete payment-card information.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or similar fees imposed by their country unless checkout expressly states that those costs have been collected.

Digital Products and License

Purchasing a digital product gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal use.

You may download, store, display, and use the product for your own personal purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share, sublicense, reproduce for commercial use, alter for resale, or claim ownership of the product or its contents.

Purchasing one copy does not give permission to distribute copies to friends, customers, students, organizations, classrooms, or online communities unless the product listing expressly includes that license.

Intellectual Property

The Stash website, books, writing, artwork, wallpapers, graphics, product designs, photographs, branding, characters, collection names, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to The Stash and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit these materials without written permission.

Educational and Reflective Content

Books, articles, emotional-learning materials, and other written products sold or published by The Stash are provided for creative, educational, and personal-reflection purposes.

They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other professional advice. They are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, counseling, or support from a qualified professional.

Collector Rewards and Promotions

Stash Dubloons, archive records, collector status, unlocks, rewards, discount codes, and similar promotional features have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred unless expressly permitted.

The Stash may modify, suspend, replace, or end a reward or promotional program when reasonably necessary. Any material restrictions associated with a specific offer will be disclosed with that offer.

Statements that a portion of proceeds supports community initiatives apply only as described for the relevant product or drop. A purchase is not a tax-deductible charitable donation unless expressly stated.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the website to commit fraud, violate another person’s rights, distribute malicious code, interfere with the website, scrape protected content, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the products for unlawful purposes.

Third-Party Services

The website may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers, fulfillment partners, analytics providers, and other third parties.

Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The Stash is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside its reasonable control.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Stash does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Stash will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or products.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, The Stash’s liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold The Stash harmless from claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in a court with proper jurisdiction in Kings County, New York, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, products, business practices, or legal requirements. The revised version becomes effective when posted with an updated date.
